Job Description
Our Client Operates worldwide with leading brands and technologies in three business areas: Laundry & Home Care, Cosmetics and Adhesive Technologies. Responsibilities • Propose, execute and follow-up the structural roadmap • Align organization, structure, processes, tools, and activities based on the agreed roadmap • Improve structural productivity by operational excellence in the country • Implement structural projects • Represent purchasing in the local ExComs; manage and organize efficient regular interfaces/cooperation with BU/function • Manage local team - detect, expose and coach talents feeding the global leadership pipeline of purchasing; provide adequate capacities to the CT and strategic structural projects • Foster transparent communication • Pro-actively support the CT teams to deliver best sourcing solutions in developing areas • Propose and meet approved budgets • Responsible for structural KPIs (i.e. costs, HC, quality and alignment of data in ERP systems, productivity)
Position Requirements
Skills / Industry Qualifications Required:	•Bac+4 in Commerce or Management • Master degree is considered as an advantage • Min 3-4 years of professional experience in Purchasing and/or supply chain in multinational company in Algeria. • Fluency in both English and French is mandatory. • Excellent command of MS Suite Office. • SAP knowledge is an advantage. • Organized, charismatic with excellent communication, leadership and analytical skills. • Excellent team management, initiative and decisiveness If you are interested please send your application (CV + Cover letter) using the Apply Online Box below  under the reference: 12-185-DZ-R17.
