An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Gerneralist & Business Partner to join an entrepreneurial, expert management consultancy, in Rye (NY). Supplying a unique and unrivalled service to the largest brands in the world, the business has experienced a consistent growth rate, matching an average of 30-40% yearly, for the last 7 consecutive years.
However, their fast growth rate has left the business in an increasingly challenging situation to attract and hire the best possible employees in the market. They also need a better defined HR infrastructure to take their business to the next level, this includes: a first class induction scheme and organsiational design as well as a number of change management projects. All the while, there are challenges around regional employment contracts issued to employees across the Americas.
Enough about the business; How about you?
- Are you an experienced (perhaps even qualified) HR professional who’s worked in the professional service / consulting or CPG sector before?
- Do you have an excellent understanding of employment law across North America (and Canada would be a bonus)
- Do you have a strong recruitment and staff development background, with a second sense for the implementation of the right process in order to trigger the desired results?
- Have you got HR generalist as well as ER and project experience (focusing on business change)
