Plant Fitters, Forklift & Access Equipment required, Canada


Our client is looking for an experiencedParts Interpreter with previous experience in a similar role with an approved truck retail dealer and will have strong mechanical / truck parts knowledge

Position:

Assisting in the effective operation of the Parts Department by providing timely and efficient, administration, parts interpretation and customer services.

Main Duties:

Ordering parts and ensuring all corresponding paperwork and administration is correct and completed in a timely manner
Despatching stock if required ensuring necessary paperwork is correct and appropriate procedures are followed
Preparing invoices for stores to pick and pack and despatch
Identifying source parts/components including consulting catalogues and computer databases
Providing a professional level of customer service to both internal and external customer
Providing parts quotes for repair queries as required
Issuing parts to job orders efficiently and accurately
Candidates will have strong business / technical skills,(e.g. computing, negotiating, leadership, project management):
