Life changing opportunity for Cost Managers & Senior Cost Managers to work out of Miami, LA & New York.
My client is an international client side Cost Consultancy who are expanding the cost management team due to winning large major projects. They require a bright, dynamic, ambitious MRICS Cost Managers & Senior Cost Managers. You must be have experience working for a top Client side consultancy and have proven retail or commercial experience. You will be working on a variety of prestigious high profile large projects £50M+ across commercial, retail, public sector buildings, galleries, Hotels, & sporting facilities. You will be working alongside an experienced team and reporting directly to the Associate Director on all cost related issues. Our client is looking for ambitious, dynamic, exceptional candidates who want achieve Associate Director level within in 2 years.
The successful Candidate will need to have the following skills and experience.
• 3/4 years PQE - MRICS qualification or equivalent.
• Consultancy experience essential
• Experience in both pre & post contract projects both new build & Fit outs
• Experience in Risk Management, Whole life costing, financial management, dispute resolution & Value Engineering.
• Experience in commercial or retail projects is essential

27 days holiday + Christmas holiday finish Christmas Eve until 3rd January
Finish at 4.30 last Friday of the month
