A leading Relocation company based in New Jersey is now looking to recruit a Domestic Relocation Team Leader.
This role will be suitable for an experienced professional that will lead and participate with an assigned relocation team in the delivery of all household goods move management relocation services. These include client liaison, expatriate employee communication, staff training and support. This role will require high levels of customer service due to the staff and client liaison involved.
Experience using SAP would be an advantage. The ideal candidate will have previous client management experience, and some staff management.
Industry experience: An understanding of the Moving and Relocation industry is required. Previous experience in Household Goods Move Management in desired.
Staff management and training requirements:
You will be responsible for training, coaching and developing your team, ensuring that they are knowledgeable and are working within the framework of the business.
Experience:
You will ideally be qualified at degree level.
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook is required.
You will be required to have experience in the Domestic Relocation industry in Household Good Move Management.
The suitable candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills.
