Mechanical Project Engineer - USA East coast

Company: Leading renewable energy manufacturer of new technology

Role:

• Help lead mechanical assembly and installation efforts in support of a new technology product launch.
• Apply experience and engineering principles to design, fabrication, installation and repair of all associated mechanical systems, subsystems and assemblies.
• system integration, commissioning and ultimately acceptance testing
• Interfaces with Product Management & Design Engineering for continuous product improvement.
• Lead all aspects of mechanical assembly and installation efforts, demonstration unit thru commercialization;
• Work closely with engineering team members on laboratory and product development
• Develop written procedures for ensuring proper mechanical assembly and system operation.
• Direct and coordinate mechanical field installation, start-up and commissioning efforts in concert with the electrical field operations leader.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 7+years relevant experience
• Must be able to live and work in USA - East Coast
